Thanks for joining me, I was getting a bit lonely in here on my own. You can write whatever the hell you feel like writing my good man. You can say words like "fuck" "shit" "wanker" and even "cunt".
You can be as disparaging about anyone you like and even start big nasty rumours if you like.
Might be wise to be aware of these legal issues though.
